The "D Packing" we handle is a gasket made by press-molding EPDM rubber into a specific cross-sectional shape. Its structure, featuring two O-ring shaped protrusions, demonstrates excellent sealing performance even at low tightening surface pressures. [Plotter Processing Example] Large Diameter C5 Chamfering Processing

Examples of NBR (nitrile rubber) processing characterized by high oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength!

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a large diameter ring with an outer diameter of φ732mm and an inner diameter of φ672mm from a 15mm thick NBR rubber sheet based on the customer's CAD data. The processing involved cutting the ring to the inner and outer diameters, as well as applying a C5 chamfer to the outer circumference. Using our plotter processing machine (with router functionality), we completed the cutting of thick rubber and the chamfering process in one machine.
